Accessing a Psychologist
Seeking support from a psychologist is a meaningful step toward healing and growth. As a Registered Psychologist, I am licensed and regulated under the College of Alberta Psychologists, which sets professional and ethical standards for psychological practice in the province.
My fee is $235 per 50-minute session, in accordance with the College’s recommended fee schedule. Psychological services are not covered under Alberta Health Services, but many extended health benefit plans (often through employers) provide coverage.
I do not offer direct billing. Instead, I provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Specializations & Training
My work focuses on helping clients who are experiencing dysregulation of the nervous system, which can show up as:
-
Anxiety and chronic stress
-
Depression and low mood
-
Trauma and post-traumatic stress
-
Patterns of reactivity in emotions, behaviors, or relationships

I also have a passion for supporting people through life transitions and fostering personal growth, with the goal of helping individuals reconnect to their organic self—the core sense of wholeness that may have been disrupted by difficult life experiences.
Therapeutic Training
I integrate a range of approaches into my practice, including:
-
Self-Regulation Therapy (SRT)
-
Hakomi Therapy (Certified Hakomi Therapist)
-
Somatic Experiencing–influenced approaches, particularly the work of Kathy Kain in touch and trauma resolution
-
Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP), with training from multiple international institutes

For a full overview of my professional training, please see my Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAPT)

This is an emerging field that combines psychotherapy with carefully supervised use of psychedelic medicines in a licensed medical setting. I currently provide PAPT at ATMA CENA, a licensed clinic in Alberta.
PAP can be particularly supportive for clients who have found limited relief with traditional approaches. By working at the level of body, mind, and nervous system, it allows for deeper experiential and physiological processing of trauma, stress, and entrenched patterns.
My role includes:
-
Preparation: Helping clients clarify intentions, understand what to expect, and develop grounding tools.
-
Medicine sessions: Providing therapeutic support in a medically supervised environment.
-
Integration: Supporting clients in making sense of their experiences and weaving insights into daily life.
Please note: I cannot independently prescribe or provide psychedelic medicines. Access to psychedelic-assisted therapy is only available through approval by the medical team at ATMA CENA or other licensed clinics. However, I also offer harm reduction, preparation, and integration support for clients engaging with psychedelic medicines outside of my clinic.
Clinical Supervision & Consultation/Mentorship

In addition to client work, I offer consultation and mentorship for mental health professionals. While I do not formally supervise provisional psychologists under the College of Alberta Psychologists, I provide consultation for therapists who:
-
Integrate somatic-focused approaches in their practice
-
Are looking for support in case conceptualization through a trauma-informed and body-based lens
-
Are preparing to work with, or already supporting, clients engaging in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy
My consultation style emphasizes collaboration, reflection, and professional growth. I aim to help clinicians deepen their confidence in working with complex trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and the unique dimensions of psychedelic integration work.
